Apex Systems Inc. is currently looking for a Technical Product Owner for an opening available with a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO (but currently 100% remote). Product Owner position that I have available with a growing client in Greenwood Village (but currently remote). For this position, you will be responsible for writing requirements for, leading, and driving the development team. You will also write stories for both UI and API dev teams, and will partner with design teams to create wireframes the dev team will use for development. You will be responsible for both design and definition of detailed requirements, prioritize and manage the backlog, and negotiate with the Product Manager on what the MVP is. Any additional experience with API's or working with architects will also be beneficial for this role. This position is also working in a fun team oriented environment that has an AMAZING culture. Qualified candidates should possess the following skills:

  • 5+ years of Product Owner/Business Analyst experience
  • Experience writing requirements for APIs, technical API stories, specs, and diagrams
  • REST API experience
  • Agile methodology experience
  • General technical acumen
  • Understanding of data and the differences in data
  • Ability to write Swagger is a plus (not required)
  • Fun, outgoing personality!
