- You will work directly with project management and business teams to guide feature delivery for a Dealer Door Management System.
- Understand the needs and functionalities required by wireless sales operations teams to support retail dealer onboardings, off-boardings, and maintenance.
- Develop successful Salesforce solutions driven by feature requirements.
- Work on a team and with other junior developers to support the systems listed and develop new features and capabilities.
- Provide production support and on call rotation -will be shared amongst the team.
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
- Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, VisualForce and Lightning Components.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce VS Code.
- In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com.
- Should be comfortable working in Agile - user stories, features, story pointing, etc.
- Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud a plus
- Ability to understand Salesforce platform software development, deployment pipelines for Salesforce in GitLab, Salesforce middleware implementations and pipelines, and integrations with key business partners.
- Required to work onsite five days per week with no provisions for remote work.
