Client located in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking a Windows Service Desk Lead for a direct hire position. This position reports to the Service Desk Supervisor and will participate on a three person team. Responsibilities will include supporting users, troubleshooting support tickets, handling technical projects and mentoring other service desk employees. This will be the most senior level technical position on the service desk and will be responsible for personally supporting VIP level users. Some on-call is required.Required:-Desktop / service desk support expertise.-Microsoft Windows / Office 365 environment.-Some experience with server administration.-Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience supporting C-Level / VIP Level users.Desired:-Active Directory.-SCCM.-Mobile device.-Apple Macs.
