Job SummaryUnder general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop, modify, assist with and support upgrades and implementation - moderately complex information systems. Devises or modifies procedures to solve application and interface problems considering application requests and limitations and desired results. Works with department customers for all uses of applications. May be requested to assist in design, some coding (such as scripting), testing, debugging, and documenting applications. Runs ad hoc reports and maintains assigned applications. Education and Experience•Bachelor's Degree and three years relevant experience required OR•Associates degree and six years relevant experience required OR;•High school diploma/GED and nine years relevant experience required.•Degree concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or Healthcare Related field preferred.•Applicable programming or application support experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities•Understands and ability to learn the workflow and process requirements of the user departments. •Understands business function related to the application. •Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees across the enterprise. •Ability to program and perform system testing. •Learn all phases of applications system support and maintenance of assigned departments.Education • Bachelor's Degree (Required) 1.Three (3) years of experience programming and/or supporting an ERP system or other enterprise software system required.2.In lieu of a Bachelor's degree:a.Associate's degree and 6 years relevant experience required.b.HS/GED certificate and 9 years relevant experience required.Experience • IT - MICROSOFT (Required) 1.Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application systems issues. 2. Familiar with enterprise software, including relational databases and cloud hosted systems. 3. Lawson and / or Familiar with enterprise software, including relational databases and cloud hosted systems. 3. Lawson and / or Kaufman Hall system experience preferred. 4 Familiar with enterprise software, including relational databases and cloud hosted systems.• Experience with Finance Information Systems (Required) LocationDenver , Co.
