Location: Denver, CO Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr Project Manager - Recruiting Optimization Job Description: trong Technical Familiarity with Human Resources Recruitment Application (Required) Successfully managed delivery of numerous enterprise-wide IT mobile enabled applications Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of project sponsors and key stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset, focused on delivering Business Value, comfortable with evolving business needs, who thrives in a dynamic work environment. The main scope of work for the Project Manager is to manage and support the Project Leadership Team (PLT) to a successful delivery of the agreed project scope, within schedule and budget constraints. This includes driving the project and tracking progress via multiple processes including: Project Scope Management, including creating the project charter in coordination with Project Leadership Team, IT Intake, PMO Leadership, and Business Stakeholders Project Schedule Management, including creating project schedule in coordination with Project Leadership Team, and managing project delivery to that schedule Project Budget Management, including creating/maintaining Project Budget Workbook, submitting monthly budget forecasts, following up on variance between planned/actual spend Project Risk Management, including maintain project risk/issue log and proactively managing/tracking key project risks Project Team Management, including mentoring/coaching/recognizing excellence/addressing conflict needed to manage a geographically diverse IT project team. PM succeeds through influence, not authority. PMs succeed by building professional relationship that are built upon trust and respect. Project Leadership Teams are highly empowered to exercise professional judgement, build team and are collectively responsible to deliver the specific project solution. Project Stakeholder Management, including managing business stakeholder expectations, obtaining business agreement to changes/trade-off decisions, and managing a geographically diverse IT project team Project Change Management, including managing to documented/approved scope baseline, schedule baseline, budget baseline, and managing any requests to update those baselines through IT's Project Change Request (PCR) process Project Status Reporting, including completing written project status (weekly), and facilitating regular project team meetings. Polished Executive Presence and Communication skills. As the Voice of the Project, PM must excel at communicating effectively with IT and business leadership during executive reporting meeting and Portfolio Reviews Creation of all applicable PMO project artifacts (Charter, Schedule, Budget, Project Change Requests, Project Closeout Report), including obtaining necessary signoff and uploading to Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system Responsibility to follow Project Delivery Process and sub-processes Skills: Proven ability to build strong, long-term professional relationships, based upon trust and respect. Strong influencing skills Sound business and technical acumen Experienced with stakeholder expectation management Adaptable leader who is thrives in a dynamic work environment, in which project solutions deliver real benefit to patients, and in which business needs evolve over the lifecycle of individual projects Excellent ability to communicate at all levels in a clear, confident, concise manner.
