Customer Service/data Entry Entry Level Financial Services Career $16.50/hr

Description:This is a funder position. They will review lease and loan documents to ensure requirements are met for credit approval. This is very customer service oriented as they will be working with brokers extensively. They will prepare transactions for funding, which includes data entry responsibilities and requires a high attention to detail. This position requires the use of a number of different programs on the computer simultaneously. - take files after funding, audit file (make sure broker crossed t's and dotted i's) - Reach out to state agencies to verify there are no blanket liens on equipment (in restaurant industry) - Submit title paperwork and packages - Call borrower to explain loan - payments, advanced payments, fee's/taxes - Follow file through cue and follow-up with customers via phone/emailSkills:Customer service, Data entry, banking, title, loan, Bank teller, Personal banker, Loans, Funding, Lease loan, Leasing, Mortgage, InsuranceTop Skills Details:Customer service,Data entryAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Top 3 Must Haves: 1. Ability to proficiently use a number of different software programs simultaneously including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. 4. High school diploma is required. But associates is preferred. 5. Minimum of 1 year required in leasing, bank loan, title, escrow, or mortgage closing experience. 6.
