Job Description

We are looking for an

Central Services Coordinatorwill work at our corporate headquarters located in the

heart of the Denver Tech Centerin

Denver, CO! We also have a hybrid/ flexible work environment where you can work from home as business allows.

You will be part of our Asset, Quality and ServiceTeam and will be responsible for centralized planning and coordinating for our service/maintenance teams across the country on work related to apartmentturns, work orders/service requests, process implementation, etc.

A bit more about what you’ll do…

  • Oversee the Make Ready lifecycle and ensure the work is accurate, updated, and consistent.
  • Leverage technology to remove administrative burden from site team members by following existing processes and developing new processes to better assist site teams.
  • Support site teams remotely for all aspects related to service including turn planning (scheduling, purchase order creation, invoicing), service request (dispatching, process implementation), and other operational processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support position, ideally focused on maintenance and service coordination
  • High school education orequivalent
  • Proven success operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail regarding daily work and adherence to processes
  • Tech savvy and ability to navigate various computer software systems
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required
    • Ideally experience with OneSite andCoupa
