POSITION: Exterior FinishDUTIES: Innovative building techniques and design to build modular singleand multi-family housing off-site using healthy and durable materials in alean manufacturing construction factory. Foster and maintain a safe and clean work environment Comply with Health & Safety regulations, the indieDwell EmployeeHandbook, Quality, and Environmental standards Ensure stage tools and equipment are safe and operational Safe use of handheld and stationary power tools and hand tools Collaborate with other teammates to improve processes, efficiencies, andflow of work operations Participate in root cause analysis of stage(s) Performs other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: 1+ years experience in Construction trades with an emphasis in theExterior FinishingOTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to use basic measuring devices: Tape measure, Tee-Square etc. Ability to work independently and with a work crew Understanding of construction drawings Participate in root cause analysis of stage(s) Understand production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap, and re-work Maintain quality of stage tools and equipment Consistently promote the purpose and vision of indieDwell Delivers high levels of Safety, Support, and Trust to all teammates Open to be your whole and real self here at indieDwell Is self-aware, resilient, assertive, and open to change Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborativeapproach Good communicator, organizer, problem-solver, a strong attention to detail Ability to work on a wide variety of activities at the same time Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the teammateis regularly required to stand, walk, talk, bend, and hear.
