Tour Coordinator

All Alaska Tours is looking for a Tour Coordinator to promote and sell Alaska vacations. Our specialization is developing and operating unique vacation packages for independent travel to Alaska. We are a locally owned and operated company with an innovative team of Tourism Professionals.

The Tour Coordinator position is a full-time year-round position. As the Tour Coordinator, your primary tasks are to execute comprehensive travel itineraries and provide exceptional service. That includes making reservations for a variety of different services (hotel, rental car, activities) and to communicate with clients and our supplier partners in a timely and professional manner.

Successful candidates will have the following skills:

High level of communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel

Familiarity with Alaska as a visitor destination

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
