  • Should have worked in Agile delivery

  • Strong Systemic approach to identify, analyze and bring about improvement.
  • Identify value add opportunities
  • Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Support Set up -defined Segregation of Duties
  • Order to Cash
  • Customer Management cross team effort with Master Data Workstream
  • Order Inquiry
  • Order Creation
  • Subscription Management
  • Managing Subscribers and Contracts
  • Electronic Subscription Management
  • Subscription Renewals
  • Rental Management
  • Print Subscription Management
