If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Leadership & Talent Development to join our Learning and Development organization.Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and implementation of leadership development solutions and talent development initiatives, which includes leadership development programs, coaching, sponsorship and succession planning

Support and coordinate the translation of KPMG strategy into learning objectives: roadmaps and talent lifecycle recommendations for assigned portfolio of learning programs and talent initiatives

Review learning experiences against outlined training objectives, company brand standards and CPE requirements and update in Focus to help to ensure alignment

Coordinate and facilitate mass communication distribution

Provide internal QA review of digital courses and videos

Manage and update internal team sharing site and SuccessFactors succession module

Qualifications:Minimum three years of business experience preferred in either learning deployment, event delivery or operations and logistics

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Deployment skills with knowledge/experience with technologies that enable learning delivery and operational processes

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and communication skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and multitask; Team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Access and Outlook

Ability to travel up to 15%
