Spa Concierge - St Julien Hotel & Spa

We are looking for several outgoing, reliable, and service-oriented Spa Concierge to join our team! As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon check-in for Spa services, escorting guests around the facilities, and helping to maintain the overall cleanliness of the Spa and Salon.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Escort guests from Spa front desk to either male or female locker area while explaining the available facilities and amenities

- Responsible for general cleanliness of Spa and Salon; pick up newspapers, empty trash cans, clean windows and shelves, etc.

- Maintain cleanliness of pool area and fitness center

- Transport dirty linens from Spa to Hotel laundry and keep Spa stocked with clean linens

- Research lost & found items for guests

- Remain knowledgeable on important Spa information and services

- Other duties as requested by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Guest service experience highly preferred

- Ideal candidate must be someone friendly and service-oriented, communicates effectively with all levels of associates and guests, and who works well as part of a team

- Must be able to lift/push/pull laundry linens on a frequent basis (up to 10 lbs.)

- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
