SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Maintenance Team in Keystone.

Are you handy with tools? Do you have experience fixing household items, appliances, hot tubs, etc? We are looking for entry level to experienced maintenance techs who are interested in gaining more experience and who would like to have a flexible schedule. We offer great pay and benefits! We run our maintenance crew from 7am to 10PM 7 days per week and can work with you to help continue to train and develop your skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

-Taking care of our guests and homeowners inside our properties

-Fixing basic household items including but not limited to changing light bulbs/batteries, troubleshooting TV and Internet, replacing garbage disposals, troubleshooting appliances, etc.

-Communicating with the office regularly on updates and information

-Communicating with our owner services team on a regular basis

-Make sure our properties are in excellent condition at all times

Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year-round. Our Maintenance Team is responsible for making sure their properties are in excellent condition, and responding to assist them when it is needed.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. We also require you to have a driver's license and a clean driving record.

This position is full time/year round in Keystone, CO.

The aforementioned duties are not all encompassing of this position and are meant to provide a high level overview of day to day responsibilities.

Starting pay for this position is $20/hour. Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

SummitCove takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience relevant to the position for which they are applying, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
