Summit Cove is Hiring Housemen!

SummitCove Property Management is looking for good folks to join our team. Our houseman role is really a jack of all trades, we go and help out wherever we need it for the day in order for our guests and team members to be successful. We will help our housekeepers carry or haul away linens, take out garbage, sweep and clean, help clear some snow, carry firewood, deliver items to guests, go and pick up lost and found items, find and report any issues in our properties we manage in Keystone. The day is busy, the work is physical and is indoors and outdoors. We offer great pay and benefits!

The ideal candidate will have a background in housekeeping, maintenance or general labor.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- General labor such as snow shoveling, landscaping, carpet cleaning, etc.

- Operating machinery such as snow blowers, carpet cleaning equipment and pressure washers

- Project work in and out of properties

- Assisting housekeepers in stripping and cleaning properties

The aforementioned duties are not all encompassing of this position and are meant to provide a high level overview of day to day responsibilities.

Starting pay for this position is $18/hour. Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

SummitCove takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience relevant to the position for which they are applying, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
