Lead Housekeeper - Starts at $17 per hour.

Our Housekeeping Team provides 5 Star, White Glove service in our Luxury Vacation Rental Homes. You will be working in beautiful 5 Star luxury homes located in Fruita and Grand Junction, Colorado.

We are looking for a highly organized person to have a huge positive influence on your team, guests, and owners! As your influence grows, with skills, knowledge, and solutions, your Professional Career Advances!

Full Time, year round position, work hours are generally 9a to 5pm.

Job Skills:

- GREAT COMMUNICATION.

- Be an influencer by being a problem solver for your team.

- Be hyper organized, follow current best housekeeping practices.

- Ensure all projects are completed to 5 Star Satisfaction.

- Follow, property maintenance procedures that deliver well maintained and very reliable homes.

- Perform both scheduled and periodic cleans as scheduled.

- Accountable! You will have budgets that need to be followed.

- Inventory Management. Assist in ordering supplies.

Personal / Tool Skills

- Clean, Neat, Professional Appearance.

- Ability to use Chat, Email, Text and understand when to apply each for each situation.

- Identify and get serviced Equipment that is having issues.
