Executive Housekeeper - Starts at $20 per hour.

Our Housekeeping Team provides 5 Star, White Glove service in our Luxury Vacation Rental Homes. You will be working in beautiful 5 Star luxury homes located in Fruita and Grand Junction, Colorado.

Full Time, year round position, work hours are generally 9a to 5pm.

Job Skills:

- GREAT COMMUNICATION.

- Be an influencer by being a problem solver for your team.

- Be hyper organized, follow current best housekeeping practices.

- Ensure staffing, training, and succession of your Housekeeping Team.

- Ensure all projects are completed to 5 Star Satisfaction.

- Follow, and continuously enhance property maintenance procedures that deliver well maintained and very reliable homes.

- Walk through homes performing Quality Control, and noting periodic cleaning and maintenance items that need to occur.

- Facilitate periodic cleaning and maintenance projects.

- Accountable! You will have budgets that need to be followed.

- Inventory Management. Make sure your team has the products and tools necessary to complete their tasks.

Personal / Tool Skills

- Clean, Neat, Professional Appearance.

- Ability to use Chat, Email, Text and understand when to apply each for each situation.

- Familiar and used some type of Case / Desk system.

- Familiar and used some type of Project Management system.

- Familiar and used tome type of CRM system.

- Identify and get serviced Equipment that is having issues.

Applicants must possess:

- Cleaning / Management Experience.

- GREAT Communication Skills.

- Colorado Drivers License.

- Clean Driving Record.

- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Permanent Place to live within 30 miles of Fruita, Colorado.

- Non Smoking.

- Proof of Vaccination, or on your way to completing.
