Apprentice Concrete Studio Fabricator

The CounterKulture Concrete Studio is looking to add a new member to our team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow your skills in an artisan trade. You would be working alongside our lead fabricator to make custom concrete sinks, countertops, tiles and other decorative elements for some of the nicest homes in the four corners. Responsibilities would include mixing, casting, polishing, sealing and installing concrete and steel elements for various homes and businesses.

Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs regularly. Must be able to be on your feet all day and keep on task independently. Some travel to Telluride/Aspen area is required for installations. Shop schedule is Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm. Knowledge of carpentry tools and general construction practices are preferred, but no concrete experience is necessary.
