- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks pertaining to Apple or PC hardware, software, and Apple / Microsoft operating systems.
- 2 - 3 years
- Technical college degree or comparable, subject area: computer science
- A+ Certification; Baseline OEM Certifications which include any of the following, depending on assignment: Dell desktop / laptop, Lenovo desktop / laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer, Server+
- MS operating system software
- MS Office applications
- Desktop hardware and peripherals
- Desktop imaging tools
- Desktop network configuration
- Desktop software installation and configuration
- Executive support
- Physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder/reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), replace media (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD)
