- Senior electrical/electronics engineer with extensive RF test set design and development experience. Knowledge shall include experience with Vector Network Analyzers, RF amplifier testing, RF test fixture development, Digital tests concepts, and switch matrix test concepts development
- Will co-lead design and development of automated RF test set architectures, utilize engineering studies to verify test concepts, and develop technical data necessary to define automated test set software and hardware configurations (TDPs)
- Will develop a test set verification plan, lead the development of calibration support, and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers
- Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability
- Design multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical parameters, digital controls, and RF capable devices
- Using software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data
- Document testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance
- Analyze test data related to RF specification parameters
- Update performance requirements as necessary to meet ever changing needs
- Review current hardware for improvements an offer enhancement concepts to hardware as needed
- 10 years of professional experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- An Active Secret Clearance is required or be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of secret or higher, interim may be required before starting
- Master's level degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
