IT Business Analyst for remote and onsite roles

As an IT Business Analyst, your typical day may involve:

• Meeting with business and IT users in requirements gathering/functional design sessions as well as capturing and publishing minutes from meetings
• Creating required project documentation (Business Requirements documents, Functional design documents, testing scenarios, etc.), and maintaining project issues logs
• Communicating with leadership on the status of projects as well as assisting with maintaining project plans and interfacing with external vendors as required for project development
• Triaging bugs and/or defects discovered by QA during testing
• Participating in product launch and training activities
• Preferred experience or knowledge working with SQL
