We are looking for a Services Consulting Manager to join our Global Service Provider Sales team. What will you be doing? The Services Consulting Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in their account base through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. This individual will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the consultants as they execute their assigned engagements. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive large scale Services engagements with our largest customers
- Develop deep customer relationships with hiring managers and directors within the assigned account base
- Work in a sales overlay role with our exiting account Client Executives to drive additional margin through Services in our largest accounts
- Drive growth within our Services practice
- Help recruit, interview, and hire top industry talent to grow the organization
- Build, maintain, and utilize subcontract relationships to level capacity fluctuations
- Ensure compliance with WWT's Delivery Methodology
- Evaluate processes and recommend changes to drive higher quality and profitability
- Minimum of 5 years Services sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Knowledge of Cisco Technology and Voice solutions or Cisco certification a plus but not required.
- 25-50% travel required
- Base salary of 125-150k on a 50-50 plan (base/commission)
