- Provide VIP customer support for HW/SW-related issues.
- Answer questions and resolve computer problems; provide assistance concerning computer hardware and software including printing, office tools, email, and Windows Operating Systems, Windows 7 and 10.
- Perform mid-level computer-related troubleshooting and maintenance including virus removal/password resets/email setup/software installs.
- AA Degree and 3 years of overall IT experience Possess excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent at IT support problem-solving skills and have a broad understanding of relationships between hardware and software applications as necessary
- Proven knowledge of basic PC troubleshooting of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office applications, iPhone and Android devices, IronKey devices, and local and/or network printers
- Ability to follow through with multiple issues in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities
- Must be able to obtain Federal Government Public Trust security clearance- U.S. Citizenship
