Position: IT Service Delivery Manager

Location: Portland, OR (Looking for someone who can work at onsite 1-3 days per week)

Duration: 6+ Months

Must have Skills : ITIL, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft exchange

Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities• Establish delivery process and improve customer experience• Leading a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain and geography for which they have responsibility• Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific service line or function and geographic responsibilities• Work with customer teams to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects throughout the given service line or function• Ensure that the right type and number of resources that are required to fulfil the shift requirements• Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution• Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability• Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with the associated teams.• Supervise Staff and handle their technical and non-technical queries• Act as a bridge between client and team and identify all new requirements• Provide engineering solutions for IT infrastructure projects involving Windows Server, VMWare, O365, Backup and multi factor authentication implementation• Responsible for working with security architects to manage vulnerability within the environment. • Provide third level support to the IT Service Desk team and senior level support to the IT Operations team. • Undertake projects to Identify and implement preventative maintenance and performance optimization solutions to meet operational objectives. • Must be self-motivated and ability to work both as a team member and independently to complete assignments.

Experience:• 8+ Years’ experience in IT Service Delivery Manager• Strong leadership skill to motivate and lead team effectively• Identify and cross train team on multiple technologies required to utilize team members effectively

Have a very good technical knowledge in IT landscape consisting of: -o Windows 2008/2012/2016 Serverso Exchange, O365 Exchange o Multi factor authentication platform like DUOo Endpoint security products including cloud environmento Veeam Backupo Antivirus, Monitoring.o Azure cloud environmento Application/Tools: Performance monitoring and debugging tools• Work as a part of team to ensure team members have understand requirement clearly• Good analytic stills are required to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare reports.

Required Candidate profile• Good communication skills in written/ spoken English are must• Well versed in Utility software tools for service delivery and operations• Capable of handling time pressure• Available 247 for support and escalation• Proven & experience in client management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
