Our client is looking for a Level 4 Technical Support Technician to join their team. You will be working in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers. This position is in the business solutions group handling requests for support of software / hardware that are not supported by the regular IT support group.Responsibilities:

  • Putting OS on client laptops / desktops / tablets, configuration of laptops / desktops / tablets and client data migration
  • Advanced break-fix support of software / hardware issues for clients
  • Flexibility changing directions within an hour, sometimes less
  • Traveling between buildings using personal vehicle
  • Comfortable with building high-end client and AMD gaming PCs
    • Responsible for 5-10 system builds a day
    • Must be able to do advanced pre-production hardware troubleshooting
    • Must be able to figure out certain processes that are internal-only, and not necessarily documented
  • Creating OS images
  • Overclocking and BIOS tweaking experience
  • Preferably a passionate gamer
  • Intermediate networking knowledge (we have 50+ client LAN)
You will have frequent interaction with clients in person and also via phone, email, and IM. You will be working in a dynamic team. We will challenge you with additional responsibilities, assigned periodically aimed to help meet client needs and provide you with continuous hands-on training and experience.Requirements:
  • 3 to 5+ years of technical experience desired
  • A+ certification required within 90 days of start date
  • Windows / Linux imaging
  • Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
  • May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and O365 (Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily) and Windows 8 and 10
