Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Program Manager. In this role, the Program Manager will be coaching and mentoring project team members, including less seasoned Project Managers in an inspirational and effective manner. The Program Manager must have extensive experience in the Project Management process, including developing and driving process and tools standardization and adoption, as well as substantial experience leading multiple projects in a large-scale Systems delivery environment.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required The Program Manager will have Business Process Flow experience Communications Operations experience Project Management experience MS Project skills MS Office suite experience including Excel and PowerPoint Strong budget/cost management experience Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities Program Manager will have strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
