job summary:Randstad is seeking a Process Optimization Manager to ensure the proper adoption of processes and act as an SME within their creative technology, such as Adobe suite. This will manifest as leading trainings, creating media to help with trainings, documentation, and acting as the central point of contact for day to day process optimization procedures. Responsibilities
- Assess and improve existing processes within the creative technology suite, including Adobe, Indesign, Figma, etc.
- Learn about unfamiliar technology and apply contextual knowledge to create new efficient processes
- Create documentation for process improvements and changes
- Design and lead trainings on creative technology for enterprise users. May involve creating training media, such as videos and/or diagrams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for process optimization procedures
- Experience with process development
- Coaching and teaching skills in regards to technology users
- Experience in a marketing environment is a plus
