QA Lead

Role: Software Quality Assurance (QA Lead)Duration: Long TermLocation: Henderson, Nevada (Onsite)Responsibilities: • Create, maintain, manage and enforce test procedures and plans for all internally-developed company software applications and systems.• Teach and ensure that standard software QA practices are known and practiced among the test team members throughout the organization.• Define, document and coordinate the creation of test environments and systems, including automated software test tools.• Ensure that applications, projects, and systems are sufficiently tested and suitable quality for release.• Establish procedures, protocols and processes to improve overall software quality and reliability, as well as improve the collection and usage of diagnostic data, metrics, etc.• Participate in daily standup, project/sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, etc.Qualification Requirements: • 5+ years software QA experience in a lead role.• Experience with testing of Windows web, desktop and console/service applications.• Experience with automated testing, and creating/maintaining test environments.• Organized and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.• This is an in-office position.Sandeep TanajiTechnical RecruiterHL Solutions LLCDirect:
