- Facilitates transparent conversations between IT and the Business through Capability alignment and the Application Rationalization process
- Visibility, governance, and control over business applications organized by Capability
- Provides reporting and analytics
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of APM Programs, systems, processes, and procedures Ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines
- Ability to learn and provide guidance in interpreting policies and internal regulations to assure compliance
- Identify and work toward business process improvements for APM processes to streamline workflow and maximize productivity
- Responsible to identify, define and addresses new and reoccurring problems and incidents for resolution
- Works directly with the APM team and Medtronic stakeholders to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to govern and improve established processes
- Leads APM data governance activities such as Data Certification Tasks, Configuration Item completion and Application Rationalization data reconciliation and maintenance
- Prepares and provides guidance, instruction for reports, necessary documentation (ex Application Dashboard, ServiceNow), and provides to applicable stakeholders
- Co-ordinates and manages communication and inquiries to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
- Manages and maintains the relevancy of the internal team website
- Self-starter and the ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong desire to learn ServiceNow, Power BI, Outlook
- Strong interest in analyzing data and processes for continual improvement

- Ability and desire to facilitate small meetings
- Ability to facilitate relevant APM Team meetings and work 1:1 with stakeholders to provide guidance and training on APM processes
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge managing projects/deadlines with attention to detail
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
- Theoretical knowledge of the management of information systems (MIS) and the relationships between people, processes, and technology
