- A combination of being technical enough to translate compliance needs to development teams,
- Possesses knowledge and expertise in data modeling and management techniques and strategies.
- Data modelling experience or previous data analysis expertise
- Familiarity with DBMS technologies (e.g., sql, mongo)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Good to have data governance knowledge, knowledge in PHI, CCPA
- Good communication skill and good data analysis skill
- 8 to 12 years of experience
- Conduct a series of interviews with application owners, engineers, architects to drill into what users / data goes through the system and categorize it based on the larger org data topic definition and inventory)
- Partner with the Information Records Management Team to get data retention requirements assigned to each data topic
