This group is nimble and creative and will shape our technology roadmap. You will be focused on developing well-designed, efficient code that adheres to the latest industry standards and assist in coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software for customers. You will be working with designers, developers, and product owners in a small team setting to integrate software components into fully functional software systems spanning multiple business areas.The Digital Transformation team is located at the Client Innovation Center at Optimist Hall with product teams delivering a wide-range of leading edge solutions. Read more about the Innovation Center at Optimist Hall.Scrum Masters are primarily responsible for coaching SCRUM teams on how to use Agile practices to deliver highly complex solutions.Qualifications- 3 years of scrum master experience in a software development product team- Scrum master certification is a plus- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.- Excellent organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or similar field location: Charlotte, North Carolinajob type: Contractsalary: $59.34 - 69.34 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.- Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver high quality products and services.- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)- Work with product owners to handle backlogs, scrum ceremonies and new requests- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur- Help teams implement changes effectively- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it- The scrum master embodies our team culture: "Be Kind, Be Amazing" qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
