Regional IT Site Manager - Direct hire opportunity - New Hudson MI If you have management experience within IT, then this position might be right for you! Job Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs and reviews activities of colleagues involved in IT plant and end user device support and maintenance, as well as plant IT site systems to assure achievement of defined service KPIs
- Ensures that regional plant security programs are in place and operational
- Recommend and assures end user device operating system upgrades
- Assure compliance to global standards
- Coordinates with the Regional Infrastructure manager for site data center facilities including servers and storage devices
- Represent the region in global strategic roadmap design for workplace devices
- Travel to regional or international IT sites as needed
Education & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years experience in an IT management role with supervisory responsibilities
- Experience managing networks, servers and end user devices
- Extensive knowledge of network and desktop architecture, gained through direct support roles and or leadership of IT organizations
- Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills
- Preferred experience with firewalls, proxy and databases, LAN / WAN environment and Microsoft Windows
