Spa and Activities Manager

The Spa and Activities Manager is responsible for managing the daily Spa operations and Activities department. The Spa and Activities Manager will plan for and oversee the day to day operations of the health, wellness and beauty spa along with the activities program for all ages.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDE:

Oversee the daily operations of the Spa

Oversee the daily operations of the Activities department

Implement Spa and Activities SOP’s

Supervise the Spa and Activities staff, including scheduling, training, operations, guest service, payroll, and performance

Responsible for keeping track of all spa services and overseeing reservations, appointments, inventory, etc.

Plan, organize and implement a range of appropriate activities for daytime and evening activities, for all ages of guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years experience as a Spa manager

Prior Experience working in a spa environment

Enthusiasm for Athletics and Activities

SKILLS:

Essential:

Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing, using correct spelling and grammar, with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding, both in person and by telephone.

Ability to provide legible written communication, compute basic mathematical calculations, and utilize computer data.

Desirable:

Experience managing an Activities program a plus

Knowledge of Google Docs

Knowledge of local geographic area, current development trends, activities, competitors and business trends.

Licensed Esthetician or Massage Therapist
