Your new opportunity at Nine.

Based in the heart of North Sydney, we have an exciting opportunity for apart time maternity leave replacement Account Executive to join our Classifieds sales team.

Day to day, you will report into the Group Business Director and be responsible for the following accountabilities:

  • Assist with booking, billing and artwork related queries
  • Schedule print and digital bookings as required
  • Ensure digital campaigns are trafficked and kicked off as required.
  • Support internal and external clients
  • Create and run operational and revenue reports relating to advertising activity and sales
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle customer account queries
  • General administrative duties i.e. invoicing, raising purchase orders etc.

In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Competent communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with at least intermediate Excel skills
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Good organisation and time management ability
  • Some sales experience would be considered an advantage
