Home & Community Consultant-Central Coast/Newcastle

Excellent opportunity for a caring yet tenacious and diligent consultant in this newly developed position that will see youdeliver optimal client experience while selling Catholic Healthcare solutions that meet client needs.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working autonomously as part of our Home and Community Client Engagement Team, you will use your entrepreneurial and highly developed communication skills to understand client needs,increase Home Care Package conversion and optimise plans in the Central Coast & Newcastle regions.Driving to appointments typically at people’s homes to provide a consultation to them.

Thisrole will combine yourpassion for quality aged care and assisting those most vulnerable in our community to continue to liveindependentlyandyourwell-developedconsultative salesskills.You will be trained and supported by the Sales Manageracross all aspects of this role.

What will your role look like?              

  • Understanding client needs, lifestyle preferences to develop the care plan that meets their goals within their available budgetand aassists themto continue living in the community
  • A balance of yourgenuine passion for care anda desire to maximise services
  • Delivery of presentationsin various community settings covering off on topics associated withaccessing aged care services, benefits andalternatives.
  • Conducting both face to face,phone or videoconference basedsales consultations.
  • Management ofportfolio of opportunities tooptimiseface to face sales time across your primary region of responsibility.
  • Prepare & understand the customer situation prior to consultation visit.
  • Work to sales KPIs and targets around number of consultation visits&client sign up success rate
  • Present to community groups around funding options&services available by Catholic Healthcare
  • Entering leads from presentations/events into CRM& related follow up
  • Proactively nurturing& converting prospective clients and onboarding
  • Undertake comprehensive initial assessments of clients’ needs, in accordance with Home Care Package and Home Support Program Guidelines

Who you are?

  • Demonstrated experience in managing individual client Home Care Package and budget.
  • Ability to build rapportwithindividuals andin group settings, identify opportunities&leads
  • Qualifications in Social Science, Nursing, Allied Health or related desirable
  • 3 years or more in a field sales role in a service sector
  • Consultative/solution sales skills with provenlead conversion experience
  • Highly developed planning, time management, sales & negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening skills & capacity to gain agreement around solutions
  • Sound negotiating and problem-solving abilities  drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrated experience working with budgets and KPI’s
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the contractual requirements of government programs
  • Presentation skills and use ofPowerPoint
  • High degree of computer competency with ability to learn new software
  • Registered&insured motor vehicle&current unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence - km's reimbursed.
  • Ability to work in other regions to support growth initiatives for short periods of time.
  • Evidence of Covid 19 and Flu Vaccination will be required
