SYLVAN SPOKANE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

We are seeking an energetic, positive and self-motivated individual to join our team at Sylvan as the Center Director !

Responsibilities:

The day to day operations of two learnings centers

Create a fun and safe learning environment

Assist and support the education directors in developing schedules, conducting assessments, hiring & training teachers/staff

Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress

Complete assessments of student progress, monthly reporting, billing, marketing

Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with schools and the community

Qualifications:

Previous experience in teaching, management, marketing, sales and/or other related fields

Passionate about working with children

Ability to build rapport with children & parents

Positive and patient demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Leadership skills

Self-motivated, highly organized and passionate about learning
