Job Description

As a Jr.Associate withinour Digital AnalyticsBusiness intelligenceteam,you will be situated at the center of the agency which informsmany aspects ofclient strategy, media activation and optimization.You will be well equippedwith exceptional tools, technology, skill development training and world-classDentsuproducts to help youserviceourGMclients.You will be responsibleforassisting in all client deliverables(reports,measurement plans, POV’s,dashboard creation, datasharing etc.).

Youwill besynthesizing data and results,identifyingtrends, insightsand actionable recommendationsforinternal teams and clientswithinproject timelines and key milestones.Other dutieswillincludeperforming daily quality control monitoring, dashboard updates, troubleshoot and resolvingdata issues or challenge.You are expected to be an active participant on the business, consistently engaged and contributing ideas and insights that will benefit our clients. This position requires an individual that is intellectually curious, can mine data to answer complex questions and be able to clearly communicate findings. Attention to process and detail is a must.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree –ideally witha concentration inanalytics,advertisingmarketing, business,engineering,orappliedstatistics/mathematics

  • Recent graduateswith less than 2years’ experienceas a digitalmediaanalystor specialistin media planning, consumer research, account planning, marketing, or media research

  • Business intelligence platform experience (Tableau and orPowerBI) is preferred

  • Must be very proficient in MS tool (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

  • Abilityand interest inwork with large data sets,analyzing,and reportingon digital media campaigns,providingactionableinsight andrecommendations

  • Strongwork ethic,organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Ad Tech platforms includingGoogle tools/services (DBM, DCM, SA360, DV360), Adobe(Analytics),Prisma and other marketing and research friendly tools is a plus

  • ExperiencewithSQL and Pythonis preferred butnot required
