Job Description

The Project Manager will be part of Project Management Office at Evolution and isexpected to efficiently execute cross-functional, multi-site projects within a agreed budget and timelines. Projects are usually aimed at the development of existing Evolution studios as well asthe development of new ones.Project Manager can manage complex projects (i.e. 20+ involved people, EUR 100K+ budgets, 1 week and up to 18 months' timelines). The role requires the ability to work independently while being 100% aligned with other concurrent projects run by the department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of a project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop full-scale project plans
  • Manage project budget and project resource allocation
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Plan and assure quality assurance for project deliverables
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • To organize communication with third parties participating in the project.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Technical/Business/Engineering or IT field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Project Manager’s position
  • Previous experience in construction project management will be considered as advantage
  • Obtained PMP, PRINCE 2 or other equivalent certificate will be seen as a plus
  • Ability and passion to work in a hyperdynamic work environment where priorities often change
  • Excellent administration skills including management of project artefacts and their traceability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Competence in leading cross-department teams and projects.
