Job purpose

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote Shape Process Automation and its products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving traffic and acquiring leads/customers via all marketing channels.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design, development and production of marketing content and assets, primarily in digital space to support:
  • Brand Identity—ongoing refinement and evolution of current look and feel that is unique to SPA line of business while aligning with shared guidelines across existing SHAPE brand standards;
  • Focus on world-class presentation of our brand promise through consistent voice in copy and content in all SPA deliverables across markets, in digital, print, experiential and promotional spaces and more
  • Sales of all products and services offered across global SPA customer and prospect bases with relevant digital/print support collateral, customer- and internal- facing information sheets, internal digital marketing asset library, external communication, promotion and event support
  • Marketing tactical execution across all media, with heavy emphasis on producing content for lead generation in social media, email, website, ecommerce channel and trade shows/live events; equal emphasis on leveraging use of existing marketing assets throughout SHAPE organization to re-purpose where applicable for uses unique to needs of SPA
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams spanning multiple disciplines, divisions and geographies within SPA and also SHAPE Technologies Group as SPA marketing subject matter expert; owner of marketing deliverables that align with deadlines and requirements to meet SPA business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams within SHAPE organization to maintain continuity and consistency with existing production process and assets where applicable; shared commitment to best practices of organization, with latitude to adapt to unique needs of SPA business as determined by SPA leadership within SHAPE and other brand family guidelines and best practices
  • Experience to be self-sufficient and able to identify and leverage existing resources in dynamic and high-growth environment, with flexibility and creativity in face of ambiguity
  • Bias toward action and collaboration in fast-paced growth-oriented environment; emphasis on hands-on execution and transparent reporting of activities and results to management and laterally to marketing peers throughout organization for shared learning and best practices
  • Experience interfacing with outside vendors and internal finance team to help ensure adherence to budget and ability to meet deadlines both internally and with local/global resources

Primary focus on development of creative assets and content for use in digital space, including but not limited to:

  • Company website visual and written content
  • Email communications to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Social media content including copy, design (still and video imagery) and placement
  • Implementation of messaging/offer/announcement content that aligns with business objectives

Qualifications

· Background in digital/dynamic graphic design

· Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop and/or other industry standard design software with emphasis on digital space

· Comfortable leading development in HTML-based environment

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite of products

· Track record of success in design and implementation of creative work in all social media channels and platforms including SEO/SEM

· Experience in email and social media automation platforms

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or 3-5 years of related field and industry experience

· Portfolio required
