Job Summary

Position requires Exceptional Customer Service for all customers on the phone, in person and throughout the entire collision repair process. In most cases, serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. Responsible for coordinating communications with customers, Insurance partners and Technicians or anyone involved in the repair process.

Job Duties

-Estimate all drive-in appointments as well as “walk in” customers and complete repair plans as needed

-Check in vehicle upon drop off with, mapping vehicle recording all related and prior damage with the customer

-Complete process review with customer

-Repair Orders: Knowledgeable of DRP compliance, creating and following through supplements

-Order all parts and follow up knowing all ETA's until parts arrive

-Maintain clean repair orders that are able to be closed at vehicle completion

-Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery

-Provide repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates

-Complete total loss procedures

-Final QC, including test drive

-Deliver vehicle to customer upon completion as needed

-Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards

-Perform other related duties as assigned including, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, assisting other teammates, etc. as needed

Skill/Requirements

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Well groomed, professional appearance

-Personable, friendly, professional demeanor with an exceptional customer service approach

-Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check and drug test

-CCC ONE software experience

-Ability to effectively communicate with others – verbal and written

-Working estimating knowledge, including systems

-Strong sales orientation

-Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment

Preferred

-Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software

-Previous experience working in CCC ONE Management system

Position is based in a normal shop environment. Daily activity may consist of physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, lifting and carrying objects over 49 pounds as well as sitting and standing for extended periods of time during the estimating and disassembly process. The working environment consists of exposure to fumes, chemicals and dust, along with high levels of noise and subjectivity to weather conditions both inside and outside. In addition, a regular exposure to work near mechanical parts.
