Experienced Leasing Agent For Growing Company

A leasing consultant is the first person you talk to when you visit a property. It is an administrative and sales hybrid position. We are seeking an energetic, people-person who loves to help others. Preferably 6 months to 1 years working at an apartment leasing office or some other real estate position. We do business in accordance with Fair Housing and all state and Federal Laws. We use Yardi software and would like someone familiar with Yardi or another similar program. We need a full-time leasing agent for our professionally owned and operated management company in East Tucson. We are currently Mon-Fri but will eventually add Saturdays to your schedule.

Starts at $14.50 - $16 hourly. Bonuses and Benefits Package after a waiting period.

The leasing agent is a key team player responsible for handling resident relations, showing apartments, answering phones, creating and processing files, typing leases, delivering notices, walking the property, and creating satisfactory customer experiences every day.
