The ideal candidate would be in Carlsbad, CA or Lafayette, CO. Remote consideration available.How will you make an impact?The Global Market Development Manager for PCR plastics products will drive the development and execution of marketing programs using a multi-channel go-to-market strategy.What will you do?Help develop the strategy, value proposition, brand differentiation, and customer-centric content for the PCR plastics portfolio

Create marketing plans and collateral in collaboration and alignment with product management, regional marketing, commercial partners, and other stakeholders

Partner with product management, regional marketing, commercial partners to identify and develop market opportunities related to emerging applications

Create engaging customer-facing content including videos, webinars, application notes, and technical articles to gain awareness and establish thought leadership

Build relevant content across the marketing funnel; deploy and measure content through multiple digital channels that align with the customer journeys

Develop and present salesforce training and technical customer education material in collaboration with product management, R&D, and global commercial teams

Design dynamic sales enablement tools across related product portfolios, applications, and workflows

Ensure creative marketing materials undergo legal review and adhere to brand guidelines

Maintain campaign KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities; report on these metrics regularly and adjust tactics to improve performance

May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Ability to travel up to 10%

How will you get there?Education:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or other area of study required

Experience5-7+ years of related experience preferred

3-5+ years in life science marketing preferred

Working knowledge of PCR and its applications preferred

Demonstrated exceptional skill in managing complex marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders while meeting timeline and budget demands

Understand multi-channel digital marketing with knowledge of display advertising, search engine marketing, social, video, emails, and automation approaches

Experience with marketing core competencies: 4Ps

Experience creating and delivering presentations and trainings for a wide variety of audiences

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesCreative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customers and an ability to learn from previous marketing campaigns to improve performance

Ability to identify and understand new application uses for existing technology and new product introductions

Fast learner with the ability to work in a dynamic team adapting quickly to a changing environment

Collaborative partner who can influence overs without authority across functional teams and geographies in a complex, highly matrixed organization

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer focus in terms of understanding customer needs, drivers and putting these at the forefront of business decisions

Compensation and Benefits:The salary range estimated for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
