RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is working with a top infotech firm located in New York, NY and they are in search for a Remote Head of Product Marketing. Summary:In this role, the Head of Product Marketing will collaborate with a fun and agile team to architect, implement, test, and continuously deliver new features and innovative products to our company and clients. The Head of Product Marketing will lead and oversee corporate product marketing strategies in order to maximize and enhance the business's consumer reach, customer engagement, and satisfaction. This role will own the strategic positioning of the company's products and solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle and customer experience. Responsibilities: Head of Product Marketing will contribute to the corporate product strategic direction, defining, and articulating the benefits and differentiation of the firms products and analytical solutions Create contents to communicate the value propositions and differentiation of the products & analytical solutions Collaborate with business teams to collect, generalize, and publish industry trend analysis, customer success use cases and best practices The Head of Product Marketing will compile and maintain high impact contents for web, press, industry conferences and marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs & industry trends and determine application development and innovation priority Promote a highly collaborative, customer-centric, data-driven culture that challenges norms with a bias to action; Support diversity of thoughts, experiences, and approaches to solve issues As a Head of Product Marketing, you will lead and manage a team of product marketers responsible for company product marketing strategies, product positioning, messaging and content creation & distributionREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher 8+ years of experience in a senior management role and 3+ years of experience in product marketing Experience in marketing analytics solutions and products and familiar with AdTech and/or MarTech Experienced research skills and ability to learn advanced analytic solutions and offerings A strong team player with a proven ability to work across teams and in a collaborative culture, and autonomously when needed Passionate about exploring new technologies Results driven mindset and a history of delivering measurable results Experience building and leading a growing team Good knowledge on data, technology, analytical solution, and software/technology Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content Exceptional writing skills and prior experience in producing written content such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts Excellent time management and project prioritization skills Ability to connect effectively and constructively with cross-function teams and clients to understand and articulate marketplace needs, and to communicate our product capabilities and differentiators Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities Strong ability to collaborate with C-level executives and work collaboratively with a driven leadership team Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be effectively articulateKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
