We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are pursuing independent employment in the community. The Ramble Collective is a nonprofit social enterprise focused on creating pathways to purpose and community for adults with I/DD. Through our apprentice program hosted at Ramble on Pearl (a clothing boutique established and operated specifically for this purpose), we assist our graduates to secure and sustain independent employment in our community. Our Job Coaches play a crucial role, working directly with our graduates and their employers as they transition from their first day on the job to fully independent valued employees.

OUR COMPANY

Founded in 2013, The Ramble Collective (a dba of Boulder Treasures, Inc.) is a nonprofit social enterprise that creates pathways to purpose and community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Since our founding, we have operated a job training apprentice program as a pathway to independent community employment. This program provides paid on-the-job training, work experience, and job placement services. We also provide transitional job coaching for our graduates in their future places of employment. We are actively growing. Starting in 2021, we began expanding our footprint through the Ramble Community Connections program which provides community engagement services to individuals living within an Independent Living Community as part of an affordable housing project in the heart of Boulder. Our apprentice program is operated out of our two retail stores, Ramble on Pearl (an active lifestyle clothing boutique; founded in 2014) and will be expanding into Ramble Marketplace (a Boulder-themed gift shop).
