- Work closely with multiple departments to deliver new product features and enhancements.
- Gather product requirements from appropriate sources and author both business and functional requirements, when necessary.
- Assist in managing the Product Request (PR) process and the enterprise priority list.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for admin systems and front-end websites (desktop, tablet & mobile).
- Create plans for and conduct customer research in person at partner branch locations as well as via available customer research tools and methodologies.
- Propose solutions and consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client & partnership needs.
- Stay abreast of production support issues and maintain communication with appropriate stakeholders, clients and partners.
- Review and test user-paths on the consumer facing website; present findings relative to improved user-experience recommendations and document problem scenarios which arise.
- Maintain and update the Retail branch product roadmap based on new requests from various business stakeholders, clients and partners.
- Create new product enhancement requests for improving the overall user & customer experience such as reducing time to complete the application and adding new features for the customers to self-service.
- Assist in identifying new CX product enhancements and projects.
- Assist in Project Management duties as needed for new projects
- Propose CX solutions to problems and consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client & partner needs.
- Bilingual & Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or Business Management preferred, or equivalent work-related experience.
- Must have at least 2 years of demonstrated management experience.
- 2+ years working in a technology-driven organization (financial services industry preferred).
- Extensive familiarity with ExactTarget, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and Northridge Loan Management System.
- Deep understanding of online consumer installment loans and lines of credit with the ability to perform product analysis and determine/optimize product parameters to improve the portfolio.
- Must have strong business judgement and a solid understanding of software development, online lending, requirements writing, and email marketing.
- Possesses excellent understanding of Internet consumer and/or online consumer lending products.
- Communication, tact, and diplomacy skills necessary to guide, influence and convince others.
- Ability to efficiently plan and manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to present to various levels in the organization to help build and maintain empathy for the customer.
