Data Collections Manager to work in our

Ft Belvoir, VA office.

Job Description: ECS is currently looking for a highly motivated Data Collections Manager to support a government customer. The primary role will be collecting and disseminating Full-Motion Video (FMV) and Wide-Area Motion Imagery (WAMI) data as requested by government customers. The Data Collections Manager will be expected to identify customer requirements, capture those requests to identify FMV and WAMI clips fulfilling the requirements, and tracking and maintaining interpersonal custody of collections. The Data Collections Manager will be cross trained to assist with the management of maintenance of FMV feeds to a Common Operating Picture (COP) display in a primarily back-up role. The Data Collections Manager will also perform low-level maintenance and troubleshooting with FSRs across the globe.

Required Skills:
  • Hold an active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent analytical verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to use MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint) to create high quality customer deliverables
  • Ability to identify and gather relevant information on FMV clips through live mission assessments and post-mission log scraping
  • Adaptable; take ownership of tasks and deadlines

Desired Skills:
  • Experienced in Multi-Int Analysis & Archiving System MAAS, ArcGIS, GETS, DCGS tools, AIMES, and Google Earth
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Knowledgeable of the Intel Collection process
  • FMV exploitation experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with the imagery collection process
  • Experience in WAMI/WAAS exploitation
  • Ability to adapt and retain new knowledge
