8 years of experience

Working experience within Financial Services (e.g. insurance, retail annuities), with a focus on technology or cyber security or information risk initiatives

Exceptional oral and written communication and facilitation skills

Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, comfortable working autonomously and with ambiguity

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams and third-party vendors

Demonstrated experience defining requirements for large scale and highly complex technology projects

Demonstrated experience with functional and unit testing

Demonstrated ability to balance understanding of broad program scope

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project budgets preferred

Demonstrated ability to forecast and maintain project resources preferred

Demonstrated ability to align project objectives with larger strategic initiatives preferred

Interest in Project Management and Change Management preferred

Three to five years of experience in an information security environment preferred

Five years of experience in Agile team environments preferred

Kanban facilitation experience preferred
