Data Informatics Developer (Rohith)

Data Informatics Developer (Data Management team) Menlo Park, CA Ideal candidate would have prior experience delivering end to end data products involving requirements gathering, data modeling and reporting against large data sets. Responsibilities:

• Gain strong understanding of security systems and identify opportunities to drive continuous process improvement
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify Business Requirements
• Translate business needs to technical specifications and create Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) for Enterprise Engineering team
• Work with Enterprise Engineering and internal stakeholder teams on data validation
• Partner with Security and Engineering teams on system maintenance and migration
• Create ETL data pipelines and integrations adopting Engineering best practices
• Create actionable product metrics reports and dashboards using Tableau
• Monitor internal data pipelines and conduct health checks
• Maintain documentation around internal process improvements and best practices

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Analytics or related major
• 4+ years of industry or combination of industry and academic experience in data engineering or analytics
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, Javascript, shell or similar), Python is preferred.
• Expert in SQL including stored procedures, complex joins, creation of views, database scripting and performance tuning
• Knowledge of relational databases, including data architectures and structures
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker etc.
• Knowledge of product or project management
• MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Access; SharePoint
• Excellent writing and communication skills, interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines
