Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Position Description:Open to remote candidates in EST, PST, CST, MT time zonesManage a program to monitor new Workspace customers for behaviors that violate Google's terms of service. Work with engineering, customer support and the operations teams to identify and mitigate patterns of misuse. Requires a technical degree or 2 years equivalent experience in Computer science. Experience with Program Management, Customer Support and bug triaging is required. Experience analyzing large databases using SQL is highly desired. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.Project Overview:Manage a program to monitor new Workspace customers for behaviors that violate Google's terms of service.Work with engineering, customer support and the operations teams to identify and mitigate patterns of misuse.Work with Customer Support on bug escalationsResponsibilities:Abuse dashboard monitoring and mitigation stepsIncoming bug queue monitoring and triageCustomer Support escalations and responsesMinimum Qualifications:Software development experience in one or more languages.Technical Program Management for software services.Customer Support and bug triage experience.Preferred Qualifications:SQL scripting.
