Title: Digital Marketing Compliance AssociateLocation: Saint Louis, MODuration:18 Months

Job Description:
  • Responsible for planning, managing and performing work related to marketing communication and digital asset security and compliance with Client policies. Owns and is accountable for all passwords and policy compliance associated with assigned marketing platforms/tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop awareness and understanding of Client policies related to marketing communication and digital asset security/compliance. Work closely with IT compliance and privacy team to identify critical elements of compliance to simplify, educate and guide brand and digital product owners to complete.
  • Plan, organize and execute work related to digital asset user access policies, records of social/digital brand properties, coordinate entry into IT system, DigiPi. Document policies and processes for Client.
  • Maintain and update user access lists and passwords for digital and social brand properties. Perform quarterly re-certifications of access lists and roles assigned and document changes, update passwords and distribute to appropriate users (see list of current properties/platforms below). Independently follow up with individuals or teams needing timely problem resolution or unique access requests. Escalate recommendation to management if greater authority for decision needed.
  • Establish new social media brand assets upon brand manager request, incorporating new assets into established documentation, reviews, and on-going compliance.
  • Perform annual digital asset review with brand/product owners and decommission assets no longer needed. Coordinate appropriate record keeping with IT.
  • Establish approved integrations between marketing digital assets as needed.
  • Instruct digital product owners owners on required elements of digital products (privacy policy, about our ads, user generated content link etc.) and monitor all digital assets for compliance
  • Serve as first point of contact for marketing teams requesting new digital capabilities/vendors to assess and guide through review processes for security, data usage, and privacy considerations.
  • Develop and maintain a holistic view of all marketing technology vendors in use by marketing and related teams to continually scan for vendor efficiencies, new capabilities needed, compliance with standards, and keep record of where all consumer data (and what data fields) are collected, stored, processed.
  • Hold security and compliance training sessions for all personnel in marketing and related teams who will be involved in implementing and using digital and social media marketing tools. Develop and hold privacy training sessions for appropriate personnel, specifically for those working with consumer or employee personal information and/or in digital marketing.
  • Create communication materials to marketing personnel to train and raise awareness of their digital asset and consumer data security responsibilities. Reinforce security and compliance responsibilities and awareness among marketing and related teams throughout the year.
  • Assist privacy team in operation of OneTrust privacy software installed across digital assets.
  • Create and maintain documents in conjunction with IT to record systems containing personally identifiable information and data retention processes. Work with system owners to ensure data retention processes are implemented.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum):
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience (Years/Type):
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management with an interest in compliance or similar OR 2+ years of experience in compliance or similar, with an interest in social media management
