  • Lead the end user training program for B2S
  • Direct/Manage the training development/delivery team
  • Manage the design, development, and deployment of all end user training activities
  • Conduct a training needs assessment to identify end user training requirements
  • Develop training strategy, training workplan, and training course delivery schedules
  • Determine level of effort/resources required to design, develop, and deliver training
  • Develop blended learning approaches/course curriculums/course outlines
  • Define/establish training delivery methods/vehicles per course
  • Oversee/Co-develop Instructor and End User Training; presentations, user guides, quick reference materials, job aids, and exercise scenarios
  • Create the training environment and data strategy
  • Design, develop, and deliver "train-the-trainer" sessions
  • Conduct instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led virtual training, and self-paced eLearning courses
  • Evaluate effectiveness of B2S training program
Your qualifications:
  • ERP Training Lead experience
  • Training Strategy Development, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Course Design/Development, and Training Delivery Experience
  • WebEx and other virtual learning delivery tool experience
  • Content Authoring Tool experience (i.e. Articulate)
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, & Project skills
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation skills
  • Strong program/project management skills
  • Knowledge/experience with different instructional design methodologies like ADDIE, Dick & Carey, and Kemp a plus
  • Finance & HR functional knowledge/experience a plus
  • Ability to easily work/consult in a strategy development role or tactical execution capacity
Education & Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in multiple/similar ERP Training Lead roles
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field strongly preferred
  • Workday HCM, Financials, & Payroll Training Experience/Certifications a plus
  • CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning & Performance a plus
